Dr. Gregory Costello
After completing his Masters degree in Microbiology from Fordham University, Dr. Costello graduated from Ponce School of Medicine in 1994 and then completed his Residency through the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey / Seton Hall University Program in 1997. Dr. Costello is a Clinical Educator for the American Board of Aesthetic Medicine, his administrative background includes Associate Director of the Family Medicine Department at Saint Joseph’s Regional Medical Center, Associate Medical Director at Barnert Hospital, and Medical Director of Passaic County Jail, in New Jersey.
Dr. Costello has been working with people with disabilities for over 35 years in various organizations as a volunteer as well as in his work. Dr. Costello currently serves as the Medical Director of Eastern Christian Children’s Retreat, a non profit long term residency for children and adults with severe disabilities. Additionally, Dr. Costello is the Medical Director of The American Special Children’s Pilgrimage Group, a non-profit organization, where he accompanies children and young adults with special physical, mental, or emotional needs to be united with volunteer caregivers during a 1-week trip to Lourdes, France each year.
Dr. Costello has been a member of The American Society of Laser Medicine, The American College of Phlebology, The Medical Spa Association, as well as being recognized as one of America’s Top Family Doctors. His volunteer efforts for the victims of hurricane Katrina in 2007 earned him a Senate and General Assembly Citation from the State of New Jersey as well as a Certificate of Commendation at the county level, and he continues his active membership in the United States Medical Reserve Corp as well as the Disaster Medical Assistance Strike team under the department of Health and Human Services.
